IPMI trend show 2014 present the one of young talented designer Mel Ahyar, she try to transform the Indonesia heritage puppets show into the modern ways. to made it realised, Mel ahyar get collaborated with illustrator designer Yona Yu. here there are the woman collection Spring / Summer 2014 Les Marionnetes by Mel Ahyar.

the illustration of puppets realised in kawaii style on printed fabric and embroidery detail for the embellishment signature of Mel ahyar design. she mix up kawaii printed illustration with modern cutting edge such as sharp tailoring and boxy cut to made the collection more avant grade. very brilliant design..

"The Oscar Nominees" by Mel Ahyar

On the opening ceremony, Audi Fashion Nation 2013 present the young talented designer Mel Ahyar, she inspired the collection from Academy Award nominees. here there are "The Oscar Nominees" by Mel ahyar. 

it's about 15 gown inspired from film nominees at academy award, it isn't about to the story but it focus on the character from that film nominees. glamour with the embroidery detail is a key of this fabulous collection..
